Before an item leaves, it has been checked in our own workshop in Urk by our own permanent technicians — no outside company involved. A circuit board that no longer works literally goes under the magnifying glass before we approve it.

  2. 2 Send it back Complete and in the original packaging if possible; marine electronics are fragile.
